Types of skin
Normal skin is characterised by being elastic and soft to the touch, resistant and slightly oily.
Dry skin is more sensitive, often scaly and rough, prone to tightness and redness.
On the contrary, oily skin has excess sebum, giving skin a shiny appearance, with acne and sometimes blackheads.
There are also mixed skins, where there are greasy areas, in general in the T zone (mouth, nose and eyes), and dry areas, such as in the cheeks.
Each of these types can be sensitive skin where poor care can lead to bothersome problems on a day-to-day basis.
Proper hygiene and hydration is essential for the well-being of all skin types, using non-aggressive products with a pH of approximately 5.5.
